## How it works
- A customer scans the business's QR code (table, counter, receipt) or gets an email request. No app, no account.
- PAUL, the Renomex AI assistant, asks how it was; the customer talks or taps the stars (about 10 seconds).
- Every customer gets the same one-tap Google review button, whatever they rate. Renomex never filters, hides or rewards reviews. Private notes go straight to the business.
- Every review request gets a receipt anyone can check at https://renomex.app/verify

- Starter €79: up to 250 review requests a month, QR card + email requests, private feedback, verified receipts, 1 location
- Growth €149: up to 1,500 requests a month, automatic reminders, numbers on one screen, up to 3 locations
